My Story

Personal growth, development, and spirituality have been part of my journey since an early age. For a long time, I believed my path was to climb the corporate ladder, reach senior positions, and make a difference in the world. But I realized that vision no longer aligned with me.

At the age of 27, I experienced a severe burnout that forced me to pause and rethink everything. I knew I couldn’t continue down the same road, but I didn’t have a clear alternative. This isn’t the part of the story where I tell you I made a bold leap and everything magically fell into place. Instead, it was a journey of deep self-exploration, one step at a time.

This journey led me to coaching. By the end of 2021, I had completed my coaching certification in Prague and earned my ICF certification. Applying these learnings—alongside psychotherapy—was key to overcoming my burnout. Later, I integrated coaching into my leadership role and my coaching practice, helping others navigate their challenges.

I specialize in helping people find purpose and direction, and navigate life transitions—whether in career, personal growth, or major life changes.
